The general wearable resistant epoxy glass flake is a kind of heavy corrosion resistant coating,which has a great influence on the wear and corrosion of metal materials.This paper mainly studies Anti corrosion properties of microstructure and properties of the general wear resistant epoxy glass flake,Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy,aging test,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy analysis,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,flexibility,abrasion resistance and other tests were using to study corrosion resistance and microstructure properties of epoxy glass flake,Analysis of test results makes coating materials and its properties more excellent.The coating material is studied in the construction process to optimize the formulation and process parameters.After testing and theoretical analysis,the optimized range of process parameters is obtained: when the pressure was 0.70 ~ 0.75 MPa,gun speed was 40 ~ 60 cm/s,spraying distance was 15 ~ 20 cm,the temperature was 50 ~ 70 ?,The coating has better performance.Experimental results show that the wear resistance of epoxy glass flake as the general arrangement of laminated glass flake in epoxy resin,has good wear resistance;universal abrasion resistant epoxy glass flake flexibility and impact resistance are better,after the test no cracks off phenomenon;anti aging cycle after 4200 h universal abrasion resistant epoxy glass flake coating a small amount of powder,surface rust,obvious discoloration;adhesion to 15.5MPa,excellent adhesion;seawater immersion after 2500 h,crossed at 11.5MPa adhesion,unilateral expansion eclipse 4 mm,to meet the requirements.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope observation shows: With ether structure in epoxy resin(-O-)and extremely lively epoxy ether,is very high,so that the resin has a strong cohesion and adhesion;and the epoxy groups and the surface of the medium(especially metal surface)free key reaction form a chemical bond,show that the epoxy glass flake coating and substrate(especially metal)with strong..In addition,The phenoxy resin was only observed in the infrared spectrum of the composite,indicating that the glass flake particles were completely covered with epoxy resin.Observation of general wear resistant epoxy glass flake under scanning electron microscope,100 times to observe the coating layer overlapping structure;observation of glass flake is arranged in lamellar structure of epoxy resin in the dense uniform coverage in 2000 times,the effective barrier layer sheet can be used as the substrate to prevent infiltration of corrosive medium.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis of universal abrasion resistant epoxy glass flake corrosion resistance,through the phase of general wear resistant epoxy glass flake coating,impedance angle,resistance capacitance and characteristic frequency of the observation data on protection mechanism analysis and demonstrates the general wear resistant epoxy glass flake coating in various stages of immersion.
