The carrier and the catalyst are the important components of the automobile exhaust gas treatment device. The exhaust gas device has high requirements on the strength, stability and porosity of the carrier, and has high requirements on the catalytic performance of the catalyst. In this paper, the porous mullite ceramic carrier was prepared by changing the addition amount of the pore-forming agent and the calcination temperature to study the effect of the addition amount and temperature of the pore-forming agent on the compressive strength and porosity of the carrier.By changing the x,The La1-xKxCo1-yFeyO3 perovskite catalyst was prepared by calcination temperature. The La1-x KxCo1-yFeyO3 perovskite catalyst was prepared by vacuum impregnation method. The supported type Catalyst performance changes. The main results and conclusions are as follows:?1?When the calcination temperature is 1500 ?,the prepared porous mullite ceramic carrier has a good molding state, the compressive strength reaches 36.64 MPa,the apparent porosity reaches 49.38%.The mullite phase formed well in the XRD pattern.?2?When x = 0.2,y = 0.2 and the calcination temperature is 700 ?,the perovskite is well formed and has a better perovskite crystal structure. The resistance decreases with increasing temperature and tends to Stable, and with the water composition of the system has a certain stability.?3?When the calcination temperature is 700 ?,the prepared porous mullite carrier-supported La1-xKxCo1-yFeyO3 perovskite catalyst has a good loading state and better maintains the perovskite crystal structure.
