Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(abbreviated PAHs)is defined by two or more benzene linear, angular,or clusters are arranged to form a condensed hydrocarbons which are widely present in the environment of semi-volatile organic pollutants, carcinogenic mutagenic effects.Natural vitamin E(Vitamin E)is a fat-soluble vitamin, also known as tocopherol,is one of the most important antioxidants.Mainly from edible vegetable oil refining byproduct-a deodorizer tumor was extracted, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in process in the finished product is enriched to higher levels. The purpose of this article is the removal of PAHs in natural vitamin E,mainly studied from the following aspects:At first, establish a PAHs HPLC separation and analysis of conditions for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: flow rate of 0.05mL/min after injection 40 min, with isopropanol with a flow rate of 0.5mL/min flushing DACC column 4min,wherein the vitamin E and other interfering substances punch on the swap. After then acetonitrile at a flow rate 0.5mL/min flushing 1h,collected in a 100 mL round bottom flask, followed by a water bath at 35 ? Acetonitrile concentrated by rotary evaporation to about 1mL,resulting PAHs pregnant liquor, followed by liquid chromatography analysis.HPLC analysis conditions are as follows:Column:PAHs-specific column(4.6mm i.d.×250mm,5?m),column temperature: 35?,flow rate: 1.5mL/min,mobile phase composition: water/acetonitrile.Gradient: 0~5min,50% water,50% acetonitrile;5~20min,50%~0% water,50%~100% acetonitrile;20~28min,100% acetonitrile,28~32min,0%~50 % water,100%~50% acetonitrile.8sub-wavelength switching fluorescence detection.Injection volume: 20?L.On the basis of analysis of PAHs HPLC method established out on the natural vitamin E in PAHs removal studied the static and dynamic adsorption.Research of static adsorption by optimizing the various experimental conditions,it was found with5 times the volume of ethanol solution dissolving vitamin E vitamin E,10% charcoal C-2 at 25?,stirring 45 min,for PHAs can achieve better removal effect is good: mild APHS removal rate of more than 48% of the weight of PAHS removal rate of more than 98% of the total PAHs prolapse rate of more than 88%,wherein the total residual PAHS amount in line with international requirements(less than 10ppb),benzo(a)anthracene content of less than 2ppb.While activated carbon adsorption of vitamin E is not very strong. In the study of dynamic adsorption,it is more focused on the production side, the study only static adsorption curve ?-VE and naphthalene coexist time.Determination of flow curves by ?-VE and naphthalene investigate the influence of flow rate, initial concentration and temperature on the breakthrough curve and found the greater the velocity, the shorter the penetration reaches equilibrium time;the lower the initial concentration, penetration is slow, and the smaller the slope of the breakthrough curve;temperature penetration on two substances are small;by simulating every gram VE contains 100?g naphthalene, formulated concentration of ethanol solution of 5% ?-VE,the breakthrough curve for available,?-VE 9 bed penetrate balance, consuming 117 min,shorter,C-2 can handle clean 8.59 g ?-VE per gram.VE losses was 4.43%.
