The heat treatment bamboo sewage mainly comes from bamboo industry,which is of high chemical oxygen demand(CODcr)and chrominance,poor biodegradability,complex chemical composition,it is difficult to treat using conventional sewage treatment methods.The sewage treatment problem has seriously affected the integrity chain and development of bamboo industry,and also bocked the implementation of the policy of huimin in Zhejiang province.So it is urgent to develop an efficient and low cost technology for treating the heat treatment bamboo sewage In this paper,the heat treatment bamboo sewage was comprehensively analyzed and the micro electrolysis-Fenton joint technology was employed as the pretreatment process.the effects factors of sewage treatment were researched,including pH,residence time,aeration rate,iron /carbon ratio,and the feasibility of technology was also discussed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.By analysis the chemical properties and organic index of heat treatment bamboo sewage,the results showed that the value of pH,chroma,CODcr,BOD5,B/C,the organic matter index of total sugar,total nitrogen concentration,TOC and total iron conten were 4.2,17.99mg/L,2250,21200mg/L,800mg/L,0.037,17.27g/L,125.9mg/L,4.59g/L,10.574mg/L,respectively.2.The single factor experiment of the iron carbon micro electrolysis process for treating the heat treatment bamboo sewage showed that the optimum treatment conditions were as follows: the retention time was 60 min,the pH was 3.0,the volume ratio of iron and carbon was 1:1,and the mass ratio of iron and water was 2:1.The removal efficiency of CODcr gradually decreased with the extension of the use time of packed column.Based on the correlation analysis between residence time and CODcr removal rate,the experimental data were well fitted by a third order kinetic model,and the correlation coefficient was 0.92036.3.The results of single factor experiments of Fenton to treat wastewater showed that the optimum process was pH=2.5,the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide dosage and water was 0.4%,and reaction time was 1h.After the treatment of sewage,the CODcr decreased from 11800mg/L to7800mg/L,the removal rate of CODcr reached 43.88%,and the p H value of treated effulent was4.8.4.The orthogonal test of three factors affecting the wastewater treatment by the combination of iron carbon micro electrolysis and Fenton was investigated.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: pH was 3.0,the residence time was 40 min,the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide dosage and water was 0.5 %,the TOC of the treated water decreased from 4.59 g/L to 1.60 g/L,the total nitroge decreased from 125.9 g/L to 76.86 g/L,the total sugar decreased from 17.27mg/L to 6.81mg/L,the removal rate of CODcr was 60.29%,the B/C increased from 0.037 to 0.32,and the biodegradability was significantly improved.The design of the micro electrolysis combined with Fenton process on the basis of laboratory research,combining with the operating characteristics of engineering practice,the influence of continuous operation(300h)to wastewater removal efficiencyr were studied.The results showed that while the micro electrolysis packing column ran less than 175 h,the CODcr removal rate still maintained above 50%,indicating that the column has good capacity of sewage treatment.The research results of this paper have strong practical application ability,which can provide a high reference value for the treatment of bamboo industrial sewage.
