In China,a lot of chemical fertilizer application play an important role in improving the crop yield.However,excessive and unscientific application of chemical fertilizer is widespread,resulting in a series of ecological problems,such as soil compaction,soil acidification,soil organic matter decline and water eutrophication,etc.In order to solve these problems,development and rational application of bio-organic fertilizer,water soluble fertilizer and some new fertilizer is necessary.Water-soluble fertilizer can entirely dissolve in water,achieveing integration of water and fertilizer.Application of the fertilizer can not only improve fertilizer use efficiency,saving agriculture water,but also increase crop yields and fruit quality,improve soil quality and reduce plant diseases.In recent years,water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids was produced from scrap pig hair.In this study,optimal dilution ratio of the a new type of fertilizer for root irrigation was investigated.After that,Bacilus amyloliqeefaciens SQR9 was assed into this fertilizer to create water soluble biofertilizer containing amino acids and pot and field experiments were performed to investigate its plant growth promotion effects.The main results were obtained as follows:Compared to 1000 and 2000 times water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids diluent,root irrigation of 500 times water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids diluent improved the plant height,leaf length,leaf width and leaf number of the brassica chinensis;plant height and stem diameter of the tomato;and plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and chlorophyll of the cucumber,indicating that diluted water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids for 500 times is the best ratio for promoting plant growth.Results from pot experiment comparing plant growth promotion effect among water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids amended with one or several ingredients of microelement,chitin,different concentrations of urea showed that compared to the water control,water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids,water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement,water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 50 g/L urea and chemical fertilizer with equal nutrient to water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 50 g/L urea,root irrigation of water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea and water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 50 g/L urea and 50 g/L chitin improved the plant height,leaf number and leaf length of the tomato,indicating the water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea or 50 g/L urea and 50 g/L chitin have excellent growth-promoting effect.Results from pot experiment investigating the plant growth promotion effect of water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9(AA+SQR9)showed compared to water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea(AA),chemical fertilizer with equal nutrient to water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea(CF)and CF added with strain SQR9(CF+SQR9),root irrigation of AA+SQR9 improved plant height,stem diameter and plant fresh weight of cucumber and plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll,plant fresh weight and dry weight of watermelon.In the first season field experiment,no significant difference was observed among 5 treatments when organic fertilizer was used as base fertilizer,nevertheless,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 showed highest cucumber fruit yield.When bio-organic fertilizer was used as base fertilizer,compared to CF,root irrigation of AA increased the cucumber yield by 14.25%,compared to AA and CF+SQR9,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 increased the cucumber yield by 21.68%and 20.22%,respectively.In the second season field experiment,no significant difference was observed among 5 treatments when organic fertilizer was used as base fertilizer,nevertheless,compared to AA and CF+SQR9,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 increased the yield by 4.28%and 14.87%.When bio-organic fertilizer was used as base fertilizer,compared to CF,root irrigation of CF+SQR9 increased the cucumber yield by 7.38%,compared to AA and CF+SQR9,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 increased the cucumber yield by 18.24%and 10.34%,respectively.Compared to AA,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 improved the number of Bacillus.In addition,root irrigation of AA+SQR9 and water soluble fertilizer containg amino acids and microelement added with 100 g/L urea and chitin reduced the number of Fusarium.
