Currently,petrochemical industry is booming fast.A lot of chemical plants has been built around the country.Device pipe gallery is important and wide application parts in the petrochemical industry,which play a great role to combine devices and bear all kinds of pipes?instrument boxes?electric boxes and overhaul tunnels.Truss structure is the preferred structural style to meet our demands when pipe gallery covers barriers.But the research of truss structure is not very thorough the virtues can't be available,cause a lot of waste.To solve the current petrochemical pipe gallery truss design and use of non-standard,based on structural reliability and optimization design on the basis of the article research on pipe rack truss optimization analysis.Base on analysis of the load and working condition,Combine with engineering experience provide appropriate advice of truss load and working condition.Base on the author contact with engineering examples to optimize the truss design.With the help of calculation software to model and calculate the three types steel structure truss,can get the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of truss structure.Then choose the most economic truss to improving and optimizing,and analyze the three layers?two layers?single layer truss.Through the analysis and optimization design of truss structure to modify without vertical bar truss can got optimal decision of three layers?two layers?single layer truss.The pipe gallery truss structure in the aspect of safety,economy applicability can achieve optimal situation.
