With the rapid development of the city,The population of our country has increased in size,The emissions of domestic sewage and sludge also have increased.The characteristics of activated sludge is high water content.Before the depth of sludge dewatering,it need to be conditioning,it make treatment and disposal of sludge becomes more simple.After deep dewatering sludge volume decreases greatly,management,transportation and disposal cost has been reduced,it is helpful to sludge recycle.It is a mainstream technology for sludge dewatering with chemical conditioners.The traditional process is putting quick lime as the only chemical conditioners,it can reduce the moisture content of sludge and inhibit the growth of poisonous bacteria.But at the same time,it makes the pH of sludge increase,it is bad for the sludge recycling use.the experiment choose the method of adding the mixed chemicals,On the moisture content of sludge,dehydration rate,pH,heavy metals,organic matter content for effective treatment.it makes treated sludge reduction and harmless,to reduce the sludge pollution to the environment.The test subject contraposes the excess sludge of the sewage treatment plant in the north of Shenyang.First of all,the premise condition is economy and harmlessness of the conditioner,mixed fly ash?lime?Calcium superpHospHate?FeSO4,and then experimentalizing the two drugs,three drugs,four drugs mixed dosing to determine synergistic and suppressive role played by the different chemicals mixed,by observing the different properties of treated sludge,Sludge reduction,innocuity and stabilization and resource recovery of formula can be determined.The main research results are as follows:The quick lime and fly ash added to the sludge of separately can improve sludge dewatering properties.The characteristics of fly ash is larger than the surface area,strong adsorption,So it can improve the dewatering performance of sludge.Calcium oxide in the quick lime and the water in the sludge can react,Not only can reduce the moisture content of sludge can improve sludge dewatering rate.Fly ash and lime used as composite conditioner produced synergy.After dealing with the composite conditioner of sludge dehydration effect is better than that of single conditioner treatment sludge.Although composite conditioner can effectively improve the performance of sludge dewatering,the treated sludge has problems that pH is higher,low organic matter content.Calcium superpHospHate and FeSO4 is a kind of common acid fertilizer,mixed with fly ash,lime composition three drugs conditioner,When the quality of fly ash 8 g,quick lime3 g,calcium superpHospHate 6 g,The moisture content of sludge down to 57.53%,When the quality of fly ash 6g,quick lime 3 g,calcium superpHospHate 9g,The moisture content of sludge down to 57.13%.Three medicine composite conditioner effectively improve the performance of sludge dewatering,at the same time,It reduces the pH of the sludge and Increases the organic matter content of sludge.Effectively solve the loss of organic matter in sludge problem after adding conditioners.
