In recent years,competition among domestic iron and steel enterprises has intensified.In order to maximize the economic benefits of the introduction of a number of low-cost high-alumina steel mills,and we all know,Al2O3 content will directly on the slag flowability,stability,blast furnace permeability and slag can be successfully separated,the quality of pig iron Resulting in significant impact.Therefore,how to rationally use high-alumina iron ore under the condition of ensuring the smooth progress of blast furnace production has become a hotspot of many scholars.There are a lot of researches on high aluminum final slag at home and abroad,which have been basically perfected,and few experiments on the initial slag of high aluminum have been done,and the experimental data need to be supplemented.In this paper,the primary slag of blast furnace slag formed during the melting and dropping process of high alumina sinter in the blast furnace is studied.The preparation of primary slag by analytical reagent is carried out under laboratory conditions.The effects of FeO?5%-25%?,Al2O3?6%-15%?,R2 on the slag viscosity,melting temperature,activation energy and stability temperature in the FeO-CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 system.The results show that when the basicity?CaO / Si O2?is 2.0,the slag viscosity decreases with the increase of the FeO content,and the higher the FeO content,the lower the melting temperature of the slag;the melting temperature also shows the same law.?CaO / SiO2?was 2.0 and the mass fraction of FeO was 5%,10% and 15%,the content of Al2O3?6%-15%?was changed and the viscosity of slag was increased with the increase of Al2O3 content.Decreasing trend.When the FeO is 10%,Al2O3 is12% and the basicity?CaO / Si O2?is 1.4-2.0,the slag gradually becomes short slag,and the viscosity increases with the increase of slag basicity.Slag stability,activation energy changes and viscosity of the law of change is generally consistent with the slag in the anion groups are related.The relationship between CaO / MgO and Al2O3 /SiO2 viscosity and slag viscosity at 1583 K was found to be the lowest when CaO /MgO and Al2O3 / SiO2 were about 4.6 and 0.46,respectively.Draw the relationship between slag basicity and slag viscosity,obtain the relationship of quadratic curve,the minimum value of viscosity appears in the four basicity of about 1.4.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FTIR?was used to analyze the microscopic chemical bonds or functional groups in the slag,and the results were in accordance with thevariation of slag viscosity.
