Application And Optimization Of PPP Project On Wastewater Treatment Of Origin Water Corporation

At present,due to China's agriculture and domestic water pollution emissions increase,the industrial layout is unreasonable,making China's water pollution problems more and more serious.In order to develop the environmental protection market and attract social capital into the sewage treatment industry,the State Council issued the target of "water ten" sewage treatment,and the governments at all levels need to invest 4-5 trillion from 2015 for five years due to the financial pressure.In this context,drawing on foreign "PPP" model,attracting social capital into the sewage treatment industry has become an effective way,not only to meet the needs of environmental management,but also to solve the financial difficulties of local governments.This paper analyzes five aspects of PPP project from the aspects of PPP project financing,profitability,receivable collection and technology investment,and finds out that there are mainly fixed means of financing and the profitability of profitability,lack of technical investment is not enough,lack of technical professionals and the scale of slow income receivables continued to expand,operating income is instable and other issues.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the problem,from the asset securitization,increase the bank loan and so on to increase the financing to solve the financing problem;through the development of new technology,bundled development,with sales and other measures to solve the PPP project profitability,cost increase.As the PPP model in the country is still a new thing,domestic scholars for this research is also concentrated in the macro level,policies,laws and regulations in these areas,less involved in the company level research.This paper studies the application of PPP model from the corporate level,studies the problems and causes of the PPP project,and then puts forward the solution to solve the practical problems of the company.For other companies in the same industry to use PPP model to provide reference experience,so as to avoid the waste of resources to achieve the best configuration.
