Cement industries and concrete sand&gravel industries have a high degree of complementarity and integration advantages in many aspects.Cement industries entering the concrete sand&gravel industries has becoming one of the important methods for the development of cement industries.Besides,it's also the need of integrating the enterprise value chain and the trend of development.Luoyang ZL industry has a cement production line which speed is 5000t/d and using new dry clinker which powering generation by waste heat under low temperature,and two environmentally friendly concrete production line which speed is 180m3/h.Due to the goal of effectively closing the cement industry chain and making full use of the advantages of cement industries,Luoyang ZL industry is decided to build the project of low-alkali inactive aggregate line with an annual output of 2 million tons.There is a certain amount of alkali active aggregate in the concrete aggregate(ep.aggregate containing Si02),which is one of the cases of concrete alkali aggregate reaction and is harmful to the building.By the experimental study of ore resources,we confirm that the project is low alkali non-active aggregate.In this thesis,through market research and policy research,market forecast and competitive analysis of Luoyang ZL company's low-alkali non inactive limestone aggregate was performed,on the basis of Luoyang ZL company to provide information about the basic technology and the demand.According to the enterprise value chain integration and so on related theory and method of project evaluation based on the construction of Luoyang ZL company's existing conditions,conditions of the construction of the project construction,the technical scheme of the comparative analysis and the professional matching scheme,project evaluation,comprehensive utilization of technical and economic feasibility study,determine aggregate line project is feasible in economy and technology.According to the results of analysis,puts forward some proposals concerning the construction and project operation.
