The high surface area porous activated-carbon materials were prepared by strong base and mixed with aniline to obtain a nitrogen-mixed carbon base materials?PAHAC,TPAHAC?,after the sulfonation,we can gain two kinds of carbon base solid-acid,HS03-PAHAC,HSO3-TPAHAC.Exploring these two of material physical and chemical function by SEM,TEM,IR,XPS.We choosed soybean oil preparing biodiesel,and used solid-acid as catalyst to test its catalytic performance.And using Two of materials as catalysts to catalyst the preparation of 1-?2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl?-1-phenylpropan-2-one.After the experiments,we can draw following conclusions.1.After the experiment of using the strong base to modify the acticarbon,we can draw the conclusion that the mass ratio of acticarbon and KOH goes lto4,we can gain the highest pore volume 0.12cm3/g and the best poreradius 19.12A and with the highest SSA 216.34m2/g.So we choose this condition as the best condition.2.we could figure success of the loading poly aniline and sulfonating on the material,through the IR,XPS,SEM and TEM.And there are 1.84mmol/g,1.86mmol/g the acid density for the HSO3-PAHAC and HSO3-TPAHAC.3.Chosing soybean oil as raw material and using HSO3-PAHAC as catalyst to prepare the biodiesel,and draw the conclusion,taking the mass ratio of catalyst as 5%of the soy bean oil,under the 180? for 4 hours,we can gain the yield of the biodiesel about 99%.And after reuse this catalyst for 6 times the yield can still remain 90%above,which means this kind of catalyst has a great reusability for this reaction.4.We had compared HSO3-PAHAC and HSO3-TPAHAC catalytic performance using the preparation of 1-?2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl?-1-phenylpropan-2-one and the results shows that the amount of HSO3-PAHAC is 4mg/mmol and the amount of HSO3-TPAHAC is 2mg/mmol.After the screen of the reaction condition we can figure the best reaction temperature?90??,and the best reaction time?2h?,yield 91%.We also had an exploration of mechanism for this reaction and a substrate extension.As the results,catalysts had a wide scope of substrates,and the mechanism shows that imine intermediates is main pathways,and the 1-naphthalene-2?1H?-ketone intermediats is subordinate pathways.
