As an eco-friendly,energy-saving and emission-reducing auxiliary, enzyme is playing an important role on the process of textile dyeing and finishing due to its high efficiency, specificity and mild action conditions.Lipase is used in the scouring of cotton fabrics for its unique hydrolysis properties. However, more and more cotton fabrics' scouring process need high temperature condition,on the one hand, rising temperature will improve enzymatic catalytic rate,on the other hand, the chemical nature of the enzyme is protein that has short half-life and is easily deactivated under high temperature, all of which have great effects on the scouring of cotton fabrics. Therefore,it is very important to improve the thermostability of lipase in order to expand its application in the scouring of cotton fabrics.D-sorbose was selected as the thermal stabilizer of lipase from different carbohydrate additive in this paper. Moreover, the effects of D-sorbose on the thermostability of lipase were discussed based on the dynamics and thermodynamics.Enzymatic activity is an important parameter that can directly reflect the characteristics of lipase. In this paper,Lipase activity was determinated by two methods, including p-nitrophenol method and alkali titration method.Besides,it could be observed that p-nitrobenzene palmitate was hydrolyzed by lipase to obtain p-nitrophenol,which had a characteristic absorption peak at 397 nm in ultraviolet region when pH was 8.0.By comparing the experimental results gained from both methods,it was shown that p-nitrophenol method had many advantages, which could reduce...
