Liquid ammonia modification of flax fibers through liquid ammonia treatment can change the linen fiber textile performance,and retain their advantages,and improve the wearability of the flax fiber and practical value.Flax fiber processing to remove residual liquid ammonia in the liquid ammonia in the modification process,the fiber is a vital link,which determines the performance is good or bad in the fiber after modification.Today widely used by steaming,drying efficiency and energy utilization is low,has seriously hampered the development and application of liquid ammonia modification process.Research the performance characteristics of flax fiber,liquid ammonia modification process and equipment,lack of traditional steaming,microwave heating to remove residual liquid ammonia,used in the modification process of the flax fiber,through microwave heating liquid ammonia vaporization of ammonia removal and the purpose of the dry fiber.The subject content and the results obtained are as follows:(1)The dielectric properties of flax fiber,microwave materials interactions,microwave heating mechanism t? determine the feasibility of microwave heating to remove residual ammonia;determine the temperature rise of the flax fibers during the drying process,the penetration depth of microwave power and microwave heating power supply and power parameters calculation.(2)Through the study of condensation of liquid ammonia vaporization and ammonia in the microwave heating process,we get the following results:in a vacuum environment,liquid ammonia volatilization is very small,and the volatile process of cooling effect,liquid ammonia in a very short time to reach the freezing point,curing,and will also freeze dry fiber material.Therefore,in addition to the ammonia process in a vacuum heating must be to ensure the timely heating;heating rate of microwave heating equipment and the vacuum system on the effective pumping speed of the ammonia and ammonia fiber material match to prevent the ammonia condensation occurred.(3)The experimental requirements for the modification of the flax fiber yarn experimental system,the detailed design of the equipment of the microwave heating experiments.(4)To the Maxwell equations as the theoretical basis,according to the analysis of small hole coupling theory,the establishment of a mathematical model of microwave heating cavity electromagnetic field distribution.(5)Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution of a single microwave source,double microwave source,microwave source in the position of different waveguide distribution,concluded:Only three of the microwave source is separated by 120 ° is uniformly distributed in the cavity body wall z= 350mm circumference,the electric field distribution of the heating cavity to meet the microwave heating method to remove the residual liquid ammonia experiments.
