The effective measure to reduce the local damage of cyanobacterial bloom was salvage,but the waste effective resource about a large number of cyanobacteria had not been made able to utilization yet.The natural cyanobacterial was as materials of this paper,to explore the use of the cell nutrition.Cultivating bacteria of environment purification was aimed at converted environmental pollutants to microbial agent.The cleaning agent of heavy metals.After centrifugal precipitation,the cyanobacterial bloom can be classified into algal body fragments and soluble clear night.The cellular debris Contained lots of cell wall polysaccharides as the main composition and that can adsorpt heavy metals in water body directly.The supernatant Contained organic ingredients such as soluble protein can be used to cultivat bacteria.Cultivating that bacteria with the strong adsorption capacity of heavy metals can be used to purify the wastewater containing heavy metals.The results of the study are as follows:By measuring the removal efficiencies(REs)of the wild algae absorb heavy metals Cd2+,Cu2+ and Ni2+ under different environment to determine the optimum conditions.The results show that in the lower metal concentration of 20.00 ?g/mL,the REs of three heavy metals was the highest.The REs of three metals was Cd2+>Cu2+>Ni2+ in a same metal concentration.The optimum pH for the adsorptions of Cu2+,Cd2+and Ni2+were 5.0,6.0 and 6.0 respectively.The highest REs at the optimal pH reached 71.90%,85.67%and 55.43%for Cu2+,Cd2+and Ni2+ in 20.00?g/mL metals,respectively.The soluble substances released from cyanobacteria cells had little influence on the REs.The bacteria were isolated from heavy metal polluted soil samples can use the nutrients substance of the cyanobacterial bloom to grow and have the capable of adsorption of heavy metals.Cultivating these bacteria with algal cells insoluble substance were taken with the algal body fragments to adsorpt heavy metals.The REs of algae and bacteria to heavy metal can reach 74.67%(Cu2+),97.38%(Cd2+),75.93%(Ni2+).The efficiency was greater than the single function of algae or bacteria.The microbial agent of oil degradation.The 6 strains were isolated from soil polluted sample can use the dissolved material culture and be capable of degrading oil.The 6 strains of bacteria were culturing in the cyanobacterial bloom dissolve medium to expand training and the value of OD750>0.500.Then these bacteria were taken in the medium domestication of crude oil to grow for 3 days,and the last access was to new oil medium.This method can obviously shorten the growth lag phase of the oil degradation bacteria,and improve the efficiency of degradation of oil.
