In recent years,the research of truxenes-oriented dendritic derivatives has been a very active area.Because truxenes compounds themselves have a special high conjugate symmetry structure,they enjoy exceptional and potential advantage in the aspect of optical properties.So,it is of significant importance to carry out the study of truxenes derivatives in the properties of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and their practical applications.2,7,12-tri-(3-methyl-3-hydoxy-2-butynyl)-5,5,10,10,15,15-hexahexyltruxene(TA HHT)was successfully synthesized in this paper.We studied the characterization of four kinds of truxenes by 1H NMR,IR,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra.Finally,TAHHT was absorbed on Ag nanoparticles and we studied its surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy at 514 nm excitation.Consequently,TAHHT Raman signal was successfully detected in the low concentration in 1 ×10-9 mol/L,reaching the level of single molecule detection as a result.
