ADC sponging agent wastewater contains a large amount of sodium chloride,ammonium chloride and a little urea.Researching salting-out law of the wastewater can reduce salt content of wastewater for resource utilization in different temperature isothermal evaporation.It is concluded that sodium chloride is separated out at first and then is ammonium chloride;When the liquid reaches co-saturated point of sodium chloride and ammonium chloride in the process of isothermal evaporation,precipitation rate of sodium chloride is 81.68%,which is the maximal at 100 degree;urea have concentrated during isothermal evaporation process and there are no urea solid in the process of cooling crystallization.While 100 degree co-saturated solution is cooled to 20 degree,solid phase only has ammonium chloride and precipitation rate of ammonium chloride is 49.20%.Paper researched the cooling crystallization process of ammonium chloride by the double decomposition reaction of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride,and it studied the effect of the cooling cooling rate,agitation rate,adding seed crystals and other factors on the quality and the particle size distribution of ammonium chloride product.The results show that with the proper cooling rate,stirring rate and crystal seed the particle size of ammonium chloride can be improved effectively,which is fit for the separation of ammonium chloride crystal from the mother liquor.The detailed operation data is as below:cooling rate:0.3k/min;agitation rate:350r/min,particle size and quantity of crystal seed:0.15?0.18mm,1.85%,under these conditions,the ammonium chloride crystal will get big and even particle size.Wastewater after treatment contain more than 20%of urea.In order to achieve the goal of urea recycling use,This article mainly introduced Phase Equilibrium of the Ternary NaCl-(NH2)2C0-H20 and NH4C1-(NH2)2C0-H20 at 323.15K.Phase Equilibrium of the Ternary NaCl-(NH2)2CO-H2O at 323.15K.NaCl-(NH2)2CO-H2O ternary system has two kinds of single salt in the phase diagram and an unknown component double salts,two single salt for:NaCl and(NH2)2CO,to determine the composition of the different double salt formula for(NH2)2CO-NaCl·2H2O.NH4Cl-(NH2)2CO-H2O ternary system has two kinds of single salt in the phase diagram and a different composition of double salts,two single salt for:NaCl and(NH2)2CO,,different composition of double salts for(NH2)2CO·NH4Cl.This article mainly introduced the 323.15 K(NH2)2CO-NaCl·2H2O and NH4Cl-(NH2)2CO-H2O two phase equilibrium experiment results of ternary system...
