| Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is a technologically important polymer having excellent electrical properties such as piezoelectric and pyroelectric properities,as well as physical and chemical properties,so it is widely used in Electronic equipment ,Biomedical Science and so on.PVDF is a semicrystalline polymer containing five crystal structures that show different properties.Electrospinning is a simple and effective method in synthesis of nanofibers.In this work, silica nanofibers(SiNFs)were prepareted via electrospining first.The silica nanofibes were functionalized with a bio-inspired polydopamine(PDA) coating, simply by being dispersed in a dopamine solution at room temperature,electroless plating of silver was then carried out on the surface of the SiNFs-PDA fiber.Silver coated silica fiber/PVDF flims were preparated by solution casting method,the crystallization mechanism and crystal structures were studied. We also studied the influence of electroless silver plating of silica fiber on properties of PVDF.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Electrospinning technique was used to prepare silica naofibers.The silica nanofibes were functionalized with a bio-inspired poly dopamine (PDA) coating.The SiNFs-PDA fiber was prepared by changing the content of dopamine.electroless plating of silver was then carried out on the surface of the SiNFs-PDA fiber.Contlolling the concentration and quality of AgN03 to form a uniform and controllable Ag layeron the surface of the fiber.polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was added as stabilizing and dispersing agent and glucose was used as reducing agent respectively.Finally,We get fibers with good electrical conductivity.(2)SiNFs-Ag /PVDF and SiNFs/PVDF flims were preparated by Solution coating method.Crystal structures and properties of PVDF nanocomposite was studied by FTIR、XRD、SEM、DSC、four-point probe tester and so on.The results show that content of β -crystal and γ-crystal of SiNFs-Ag/PVDF nanocomposite was higher and the electrical properties was more excellent than SiNFs/PVDF nanocomposite. |
