With the increasing use of rubber.rubber aging and anti-aging research is also increasingly important. Therefore, the development and application of efficient environmental protection, multi-functional and low-cost new rubber antioxidant is an important direction for the development of China's rubber industry.In this paper, four new aniline oligomers were synthesized by using phenylenediamine, N-methylaniline and epoxy resin E-51 as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as oxidant. The polymers were characterized by IR,HNMR, and elemental analysis, and the molecular weight of the two copolymers was determined by GPC. At the sametime, the effects of temperature and oxidant dosage on the yield of the polymer were obtained.When the reaction temperature was 5 ?, the dosage of ammonium persulfate was 2.2: 1 with that of p-phenylenediamine and the reaction time was about 2.5 h, It can get the highest yieldSeveral kinds of aniline oligomers were used as rubber antioxidants in styrene-butadiene rubber system, and their effects on the vulcanization curve,thermogravimetric analysis and thermal aging, ozone aging and other properties of styrene-butadiene rubber vulcanizate were studied., And with the commonly used industrial antioxidant MB, 4010NA were compared. It was found that several aniline oligomers had some reinforcing effect on the styrene-butadiene rubber vulcanizate. The thermal aging of the aniline oligomers showed that the thermal aging resistance of the modified aniline oligomers was better than that of 4010NA and MB. Ozone aging test results show that the degradation of the aniline oligomer ozone resistance aging performance, better than MB and 4010NA. The extraction resistance of aniline copolymers was better than that of 4010NAand MB.
