Hydrotalcite and montmorillonite have been widely used in various fields because of their special ionic layered structure.The main content of this paper is about that the coustruction of electric double layer nanomaterials by using the rigid board of hydrotalcite and montmorillonite and its application in anticorrosion coatings.Electric double layer nanomaterials has double layer structure,when it is dispersed on the surface of the coating,the charge plate at both ends can reject the Cl-and H+ corrosive ions,so that it can improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.The main achievements of this paper include:(1)Synthesis the nitrate hudrotalcite by hydrothermal method.Adding NaCl solution into it after stripping and characterized by XRD,SEM,HRTEM,FT-IR to prove the preparation of electric double layer nanomaterials based on hydrotalcite.The effects of N2 protection,the concentration of NaCl solution,the drop rate of NaCl solution and the reaction temperature on the double layer nano materials were investigated.The optimum technological conditions were obtained that the NaCl concentration was 1.25 mol/L,droplet acceleration is 1 mL/min-1,in response to the process of N2 protection,and no effect of temperature on reaction.(2)The coating was prepared by mixing waterborne acrylic varnish with electric double layer nanomaterials.After coating,the overall performance,corrosion resistance and electrochemical performance of the coating were tested.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the coating was greatly improved by the addition of electric double layer nanomaterials.The results of SEM show that the electric double layer nanomaterials can fill the surface of the coating and form a dense protective film to prevent the penetration of the corrosion medium.(3)Improve the preparation conditions of electric double layer nanomaterials based on the montmorillonite.The XRD,SEM and HRTEM were used to prove the preparation of electric double layer nanomaterials.To investigate the overall performance and corrosion resistance of the coating of electric double layer nanomaterials based on the montmorillonite as filler,results show that the addition of electric double layer nanomaterials based on the montmorillonite can improve the anticorrosive performance of the coatings.The montmorillonite electric double layer nanomaterials coating and the hydrotalcite electric double layer nanomaterials coating were compared,results show that the performance of hydrotalcite electric double layer nanomaterials coating is better than that of montmorillonite electric double layer nanomaterials coating.
