In recent years,severe haze has settled over the central and eastern regions of our country.There has been higher and higher requirement of sulfur content in the gasoline and diesel.Traditional ionic liquid extraction desulfurization technologies have many shortcomings,such as the synthesis process of pyridine,imidazole salt ionic liquid is complex,raw material cost is higher,it is still difficult to achieve full green chemical industry,so the large-scale industrial production cannot realize.Compared with traditional ionic liquids,deep eutectic solvent have obvious advantages,its reactants are simple,high atom economy,more environmentally friendly,has good prospects for industrial application.In this paper,we synthesized five kinds of deep eutectic solvent,including Br?nsted acid deep eutectic solvent such as tetrabutylammonium bromide/Formic acid,tetrabutylammonium bromide/acetic acid,tetrabutylammonium bromide/propionic acid;and Lewis acid deep eutectic solvent such as tetrabutylammonium bromide/aluminium chloride and tetrabutylammonium bromide/zinc chloride.By means of oxidation extractive desulfurization experiment for real diesel,we selected the best performance deep eutectic solvent,investigated reaction temperature,reaction time,O/S molar ratio,DES/Oil mass ratio on the effects of real diesel desulfurization,at the same time,examined the deep eutectic solvent regeneration and multistage extractive desulfurization.Experiment's result show that for TBAB/propionic acid-H2O2 oxidation desulfurization system,in the conditions of reaction temperature:30 ?,reaction time:3 hs,O/S molar ratio:40,DES/Oil mass ratio:1:1,the oxidation desulfurization rate for initial sulfur content of 270.4 ppm real diesel was 62.6%,after six times continuous oxidative desulfurization,sulphur content increased to 96.3%,can reach the V environmental standards which is below 10 ppm.
