Using TS-1 as the catalyst,ammonia,hydrogen peroxide and butanone as raw material,tert butanol and water as solvent,amine oxime of synthesizing butanone oxime,by distillation,stratified operation has been products of methyl ethyl ketone,again with diacetylmonoxime and acetaldehyde aqueous solution as raw material,acid as catalyst,room temperature send oxime exchange reaction for the synthesis of acetaldehyde oxime,through distillation obtained acetaldehyde oxime product,and methyl ethyl ketone recovery.In this thesis,we study the oxime exchange method for the synthesis of acetaldehyde oxime ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,the type and amount of catalyst,reaction time of diacetylmonoxime and acetaldehyde oxime exchange preparing acetaldehyde oxime conversion rate and selectivity,also studied synthesizing butanone oxime ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,dosage of catalyst to butanone oxime of synthesis of butanone oxime conversion rate and selectivity,and investigate the diacetylmonoxime and acetaldehyde oxime reaction liquid separation of methyl ethyl ketone and aldehyde oxime product.
