The development of modern economy is to protect the environment as a prerequisite,so the requirements of technical and material are relatively high.Cationic UV-curing compared to the radical photopolymerization system,both of them have a high efficiency,energy,saving,environmental protection features,Cationic UV-curing also has its own unique advantages,such as absence of oxygen inhibition,low volume shrinkage of cured films,low toxicity.Fluorinated oligomers exhibit chemical and thermal stability,low refractive constant,surface energy,hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.By introducing fluorinated oligomer into cationic UV-curable system,we try to combine both the advantages of fluorinated oligomer and the advantages of the cationic UV-curing,improving the property of cured films.Active monomers are an integral part of photo-curing formula with photoinitiators and oligomers.The active monomers not only can adjust the viscosity of the formula to an acceptable level but also participates actively in the polymerization reaction,so it is one of the most important key components of a photopolymerizable formula.In this research,a series of epoxy acrylate(FEPMA)with different fluorine content was prepared by adjusting the ratio of polymerized monomers by one-step solution polymerization.The structure of oligomers was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The volume shrinkage of oligomers was characterized by a laser gauges LK-G10,a full-wavelength mercury lamp and a balanced scaffold,and the viscosity and photocurable kinetics of oligomers were studied.In order to further sturdy the effect of dilute monomer on the performance of curing formula,we selected vinyl ethers,epoxies and oxetanes for comparison.Each type of diluent monomer was selected for different functionalities and compared with different diluent monomer ratios for formula pencil hardness,pendulum hardness,adhesion,flexibility,compatibility,light curing kinetics,hydrophobicity,antifouling property,storage modulus and other properties were studied.The results are as follows:1.The volume shrinkage of the oligomer decreases with the increase of the fluorine content,the photocuring rate and the final conversion rate are improved.2.The effect of fluorine content on the properties of cured coatings was studied.With the increase of the fluorine content,the photo-curing reaction rate increased,the anti-fouling performance,the adhesion,the flexibility and the hydrophobicity were improved,the improvement from C1 to C3 was not obvious and the C3 oligomer has a compatibility problem with diethylene glycol divinyl ether.3.The effect of C1 content on the properties of cured films was studied.With the increasing of the content of the fluorinated prepolymer,the photo-curing reaction rate,the antifouling property,the adhesion and the flexibility are improved,the hydrophobicity change is not obvious,the storage modulus and the Tg decreased.The comprehensive performance of oxetane is more excellent.4.We study the properties of the cured films of 14 kinds of active monomers and oligomers.It is found that the surface properties of the vinyl ether thinner monomer were poor,but the photo-curing reaction rate was high.The comprehensive performance of epoxy cyclohexane is more excellent;The reaction rate of oxetane is higher,and the performance of the cured film needs to be improved.5.The effects of the mixture oxetane and the mixture epoxy to the ratio of diethylene glycol divinyl ether on the properties of the cured film show that the mixture system of oxetane is more excellent than that of epoxy.6.The effects of the mixture ratio of oxetane and diethylene glycol divinyl ether and 1,2-epoxycyclohexane on the properties of cured films were investigated.This formula has a good light curing reaction rate,anti-fouling,adhesion,flexibility,hydrophobicity and so on.
