With the rapid development of high-performance composites,aerospace heat-resistant and ablative materials continue to progress and the development of resin-based composites becomes the focus of attention,but designing and synthesis of the resin matrix to meet higher requirements becomes difficult.Epoxy resin,one of the most widely used resin,can not meet the requirements in heat resistance and ablation performance.Nitrile resin is a kind of high performance thermosetting resin especially bis-phthalonitrile resin,with wide processing window,low melting point,high residual carbon rate,and high limit oxygen index,which satisfies the basic requirements of the aerospace resin matrix.However,the nitrile resin also has some shortcomings:1.high strength of the cured resin,low toughness and brittle;2.Expensive 4-nitro phthalonitrile,making the overall production costs of resin increased;3.poor curing process,longer curing time,higher curing temperature and cure at 200?300 ? for 10h,etc.These defects seriously restrict the application of nitrile resin.In order to solve some processing problems of nitrile resin,from the structure of the resin,introducing a self-lubricating structure of adamantane groups to improve the overall molecular chain mobility,reduce the melting point of nitrile resin and processing temperature and widen the processing window.Based on the above-mentioned problem-solving ideas,we re-design the structure of the resin,replacing the traditional bisphenol A structure for the adamantane group,for which we successfully synthesized adamantane-substituted bis-phthalonitrile resin(PN resin),the structural characterization was carried out by means of basic characterization and The addition of cyanate ester resin for modification reduces the difficulty of processing and improves the brittleness of the resin.In the follow-up NPMCs research,the PN resin synthesized by the previous part was used as the matrix and The target product dinuclear metal phthalocyanine was successfully synthesized by the method of sealing polymerization.At the same time,the commonly structural characterization method is used to characterize the structure of the newly synthesized product.The test result is the same as the theoretical result of the target product.Main research contents:(1)The addition of PN resin in the mixed system not only improves the Es of the BADCy resin but also improves its heat resistance.Meanwile,the addition of the BADCy resin improves the brittleness of the PN resin,reduces the melting point of the PN resin and increases its processing performance.(2)The higher the PN resin content of the mixed resin system,the higher the Ti and the higher the final carbon residue rate.(3)In the mixed resin system,the higher the content of PN resin,the lower the water absorption.comparing two different kinds of PN resin,we can also reduce the water absorption of mixed resin system by added adamantane.(4)The catalytic properties testing of NPMCs,with different types of central ions,can obtain the central ion selecting Fe ions in the catalytic performance closer to Pt/C.The carbonization pyrolysis of bi-PcFe is conducted at 700 ?,800 ?,900 ?respectively.The optimum pyrolysis temperature is 800 ? by RRDE performance testing and the performance of bi-PcFe is similar to that of Pt/C.(5)the new synthetic bi-PcFe in the durability of the stability has corresponding increase.Taking the bi-PcFe as the catalyst for RRDE for 5 h time-running current curve and It is shown that the performance of bi-PcFe is stable within 5h,the current density is relatively stable,and the performance is slightly decreased at the end of 5h,which prove bi-PcFe has a very good durability.(6)The newly synthesized bi-PcFe has better methanol resistance.In the experiment,the experiment is main to take bi-PcFe for a 6000s time current test,and compared with methanol resistance of Pt/C under the same conditions.From the testing results,it can be seen that bi-PcFe and Pt performance decreased by 10.25%and 71.24%and anti-methanol performance of bi-PcFe is much better than Pt.in the subsequently durable time,bi-PcFe can remain relatively stable.The stability of Pt will decline by a small scale as time goes on.
