Currently,highly toxic gas pollution is aggravated.Not only affect human health,but also seriously pollute the environment.According to current situation of dephosphorization industry in our country.In this paper,based on Fenton-like to deal with the water pollution and Lo-cat desulphurization process.On the basis of process optimization,using Fenton-like oxidation technology on phosphine.Explore the composition of Fenton dephosphorization system by experiment.Combined with experimental results,get the basic components of the system.And explored the mechanism of dephosphorization.Meanwhile,explored the effects of different parameters on phosphine purification,such as temperature,concentration of each component.And investigating the stability of the system.Using ultraviolet spectroscopy,potentiometric titration,redox potential probe,ion chromatography to characterize dephosphorization solution.At last,investigating the effect of nano microbubbles combined with Fenton-like.The conclusions were as follows:1.System construction needs Fe3+-EDTA as catalyst,H3PO4 as inhibitors,hydroxyl radicals of H2O2 reaction as oxidizing agent.To explore further.2.Fe3+ with EDTA molar ratio of 1:1 ratio of ligand for the best.Its concentration range should be 0.147?0.294 mol-L-1.H3PO4 initial concentration should not exceed 30%.H2O2 initial concentration was maintained at 1.47 mol · L-1 the most economical.Effect of temperature on Fenton-like system is greatest.Need to be strictly controlled temperature between 40?45 ?.3.Experiments show that the main product is phosphoric acid,and do not produce other by-products.The dephosphorization solution contains a small amount of Fe2+.Proving complex iron is not only used as a catalyst,but also as a reactant in the system.Meanwhile,EDTA is degraded.4.Through the multi-tower series can improve the efficiency of dephosphorization.And the combined system has a certain effect on the removal of phosphine.Proving the existence of the feasibility of reducing economic costs.
