This paper focuses on maintaining the plasticizing effect of ester plasticizer on the basis of inhibition of ester plasticizer migration.In this paper,4-hydroxyphthalic acid and salicylic acid were respectively chlorinated with thionyl chloride,and diisooctyl 4-hydroxyphthalate and isooctyl salicylate were successfully synthesized.The 1H-NMR,IR and MS were used to characterize and analyze the structure.Then,the obtained 4-hydroxyphthalic acid diisooctyl ester and isooctyl salicylate were respectively subjected to nucleophilic substitution reaction with a small molecule compound(chlorinated paraffin-52)similar to that of polyvinyl chloride structure,and the benzoate has a structure similar to that of polyvinyl chloride.And their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR.The benzoate is attached to the chlorinated paraffin chain to form the compound as a PVC plasticizer in a manner that forms a covalent bond by substitution reaction.The synthetic plasticizer was tested for migration and plasticity properties.It was found that the synthetic plasticizer did not move out of PVC and had good plasticizing effect.
