In this paper,we take deactivated catalysts which came from the 150 thousand tons/year of hydrogen peroxide plant that belong to Shandong Xinlong group as the research object,the deactivated catalysts were characterized by atomic absorption spectrum,Kulun,Hersh-burg and other instruments with different analysis methods,besides this,we also studied the regeneration methods and the effect after regeneration treatment of deactivated catalysts,and the relative industry regeneration method and conditions were obtained.1?the best pH intervals of the catalysts were studied,and the experiment results showed that when the pH value was between 6?6.5,the catalysts had the best Catalytic effects.2.The Physical structure and the chemical properties of the new catalysts were studied,and the characterized results of the new catalysts were obtained;3.The saturated steams,high temperatures and different solvent washing methods were used Respectively to treat the deactivated catalyst,and the activity and selectivity of the regenerated catalysts were tested,the experimental data showed that the saturated steams method could cause the catalyst loss,and the loss rate is the higher than other ways;besides this,the activity of the catalysts was lower than others after the regenerated treatment;as for the solvents wash methods and high temperature burned treatment,the effect of the catalysts after the regenerated treatment was better,but the high temperature burning high treatment cost much energy consumption,so the methods were not suitable,and we selected the way of solvent washing as the main methods of the catalyst regeneration.4.After the solvent washing treatment,we continued choose the ultrasonic and solvent washing methods to treat the deactivated catalysts,and the experiment showed that the regeneration effect of the catalysts after treatment was better,and the regenerated catalyst regeneration period from 30 days to 45 days,so this synergistic methods is a good means to regenerated catalysts in the industrial production.
