Near infrared spectrum analysis technology is a kind of high efficient and fast analysis technology, and it is developing rapidly in recent years.DDGS from Jilin Fuel Ethanol Co.,Ltd.is the production of by-products,in the ethanol production process, the starch is converted into ethanol and carbon dioxide and other nutrients such as protein, fat, fiber and so on were in lees in.Corn stem the distillerys grain as a monomer feed and compound feed raw materials in breeding industry occupies an important position,The company's daily corn dry total alcohol production can reach one thousand and five hundred tons,so to find a rapid and accurate detection of maize stem of alcohol lees main component method is particularly important. This paper explores the use of near infrared spectroscopy for rapid determination of maize stem the feasibility of crude protein and moisture content in alcohol lees, using partial least squares method, combined with SNV and first-order derivative spectra pretreatment,by classical chemical analysis method and the linear relationship between the near infrared, the establishment of calibration model, and verify the model accuracy and operability and applicability. The advantages and disadvantages of the near infrared technology are discussed, and the method of model and calibration model is established. The experimental results show that the model can well predict the standard method, and the prediction performance is better, and it can meet the requirements of rapid quantitative analysis.
