The basic principle of industrial production of corn ethanol is to utilize the starch rich in corn,through a series of enzyme interactions,the starch can be converted into fermentable sugars,and then rely on the yeast for metabolism,translating the fermentable sugar into ethanol.This is basically similar to the theory of ethanol produced by starchy raw materials.Optimizing the fermentation process of corn ethanol production is the goal that many corn ethanol producers have been working hard for.The effects of liquefaction enzymes,saccharifying enzymes and yeasts on ethanol production are crucial to the production of corn ethanol.The change of its parameters can directly affect the ethanol production and output.With the progress of corn ethanol production and distillation technology,how to improve the raw material corn conversion rate and the raw material utilization rate under the premise of the high purity pure ethanol of 99.5%of the produced corn ethanol products;improve the conversion rate of ethanol,Reduce the amount of auxiliary materials used to reduce costs;improve product quality,improve product the capacity of benefit-making.Is the enterprise in the highly competitive market environment,an important issue that needs resolving.In this paper,we optimized the production process of liquefying enzyme and saccharifying enzyme,the quality of different yeast and the way of activating.The parameters of optimization control of liquefaction and saccharification were optimized by laboratory test.It is found that the above factors can influence the ethanol production rate of the raw materials and the best experimental data are obtained in consideration of the production cost.The optimization of the process conditions can not only increase the ethanol production rate but also reduce the production energy consumption,so as to optimize the production process.The optimized process and parameters of the fermentation process of corn ethanol production were validated by optimizing the process of yeast fermentation and the problems in the production process of the bacteria.It was proved that the optimization of the fermentation process could effectively ensure the corn conversion rate,Reduce corn consumption,increase product yield and quality.Production efficiency is the survival of the enterprise,improve the efficiency of enterprises,large-scale industrial production in the best economic efficiency has always been the relentless pursuit of business goals.In this paper,the importance of the optimization control of corn ethanol production and fermentation process to elevate product quality and enhance the efficiency of product creation was expounded by taking DDGS as an example.
