Granular sludge is a system in which microbes are gathered together to form an ecosystem.The use of granular sludge can efficiently treat organic pollutants in wastewater.Granular sludge formation process similar to the crystal crystallization process,the reactor flocculated sludge wrapped together after the nucleation,the sludge in the sludge adsorption on the surface of the sludge,the formation of small particles of sludge in the growing.The nuclear sludge also grows through the metabolism of organic matter.Since the first stage of granular sludge formation is nucleation,some researchers will add vectors,or medications to promote the emergence of nuclei.Ca ions can reduce the zeta potential of microorganisms,reduce the interaction between microorganisms,and promote the emergence of new nuclei.However,after high concentrations of calcium ion into the reactor,many researchers found that the sludge bed in the reactor became knitted and the activity of granular sludge was also declining.In this paper,the reason of sludge compaction is analyzed.The effects of calcium carbonate crystal on the granular sludge are studied by the characteristics of calcium carbonate minerals,and the properties of the crystal are different.It is proved that the arable carbonate can promote the granule Sludge growth.The main work is as follows:1.Under the condition of partial acidification,the anaerobic granular sludge was cultured with low,medium and high calcium ion concentration.The granular sludge with diameter>0.5 mm was used to confirm that the granular sludge contained inorganic minerals.The nature of the granular sludge,structure and other effects was analyzed.Explore the reasons for the stable operation of high concentration calcium ion wastewater reactors.2.The effect of 0,3000,6000,9000 Gs magnetic field on the crystal form of calcium carbonate was studied under the condition of 500,1000,1500 mg ·L-1 calcium ion concentration,and 6000 Gs and 500 mg · L-1 calcium ion The concentration of aragonite was the highest.At 1000 and 1500 mg · L-1,and the scale inhibition efficiency was the highest at 6000 Gs after magnetic treatment.3.Under the condition of acetic acid,the anaerobic granular sludge was cultured with high calcium ion concentration.The conversion of calcium carbonate in the reactor and the degree of granulation of the sludge was investigated.Treatment of waste water can make calcite into aragonite,anaerobic granular sludge appears less time than the unmodified crystal,the stability of the reactor is also better in the case of 6000 Gs.
