Study On Ecological Environment Control And Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of W Mining Area

Coal as an important mineral resources in China, has made important contributions to the national economic development and regional economic development. But from the development of the coal industry, coal energy in the past few decades there is a high intensity mining, backward management, equipment process, serious waste of resources, ecological environment cost and other serious problems,especially the environmental problems of coal industry has received extensive attention in all aspects of the country. 13th Five-Year planning emphasized the construction of ecological civilization is the concept of specific, standardized operation, to the ecological mine construction, not only to promote the application of green mining,efficient use of clean coal technology, to increase the mining ecological environment restoration and control efforts, strengthen environmental management level and promote the important work of ecological civilization construction of mines.In recent years, the environmental management level of mines in China have made great progress, the state and the government continues to increase mine environmental governance and recovery of investment, the coal enterprises continue to deepen their understanding of the concept of environmental management and ecological restoration. However, due to the long-term environmental problems left by coal mining, mine environmental protection management started late, so compared with the developed countries,China’s mining environmental management level is still insufficient.At present, China’s coal enterprises is more focused on how to take measures to control the environment, there are very few companies to conduct a comprehensive study for the governance effect and benefits,so after treatment is to achieve the desired results, whether the treatment methods and problems with it can make nothing of it.In view of the problems existing in the current mine environmental management, this paper puts forward the evaluation model of mine environmental governance and ecological restoration benefits. In mine environmental management and ecological restoration of W mining area as an example, first introduced the W mining area ecological environment problems and adopted measures;and then select the evaluation index in the theory of environmental governance, benefit evaluation based on the theory of mine, establish the evaluation system and the application of Clustering - gray correlation analysis method based on SPSS the primary screening index; then according to the characteristics of recovery efficiency indicators of mining environmental management and ecological environment analysis, using the improved AHP method to determine the weight of each index; analysis of the characteristics of various evaluation methods and applicability, selecting suitable grey system evaluation index system of this paper; this method to verify the evaluation efficiency of governance in W mining area collected the final application of the data analysis of the evaluation results, find the advantages and disadvantages of mine environmental governance. The results show that the analysis can mine enterprises to further ecological environment the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation results, the evaluation model can reflect the ecological environment situation accurately, can provide suggestions and measures for enterprises to further improve the management of the project, and provide support for further decision making.
