The reduced graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite?RGO/Ti O2,RT?with continuous nanostructurs was fabricated by electrospinning method and then calcination treatment with polyvinyl pyrrolidone?PVP?,ethanol,tetrabutyl titanate,graphene oxide as template agent,solvent,titanium source and modifier,respectively.The results show that:The obtained RT nanofibers have small diameter,high concentration of hydroxyl radical on its surface and strong light absorption properties.The RT has higher degradation efficiency than the pure Ti O2 and P25 in the degradation of methylene blue?MB?.The RT nanofibers calcinated at 450?have the best photocatalytic performance on the MB degradation among all samples.With polyvinyl pyrrolidone?PVP?,dimethylformamide?DFM?and ethanol,vanadium?IV?-oxy acetylacetonate,fluorine-Tin Oxide?FTO?as template agent,solvent,vanadium source and supporter,respectively.the FTO supported the reduced graphene oxide/vanadium pentoxide composite photoelectrode?RGO/V2O5/FTO,RVF?was fabricated by electrospinning method.The results show that the PVP was complete decomposed after calcinated under 500?.RGO/V2O5?RV?on the FTO shows a nano-rod structure,and RGO served to lower the photo-induced electron and hole recombination rate,and increased the concentration of hydroxyl radical on the surface of catalyst,and the photoelectrocatalytic performance of RVF was much higher than that of pure V2O5/FTO?VF?.Forthermore,when RGO mass content is 5%,the RVF maple has the highest activity among all samples with different GO content.By the same preparation precoss,the Cu O/V2O5/FTO?CVF?composite nano-photoelectrode was fabricated by electrospinning method with copper???nitrate hydrate as Cu source replaced to vanadium?IV?-oxy acetylacetonate.The results show that CVF remained fiber morphology with the diameter of 150-200nm.Meanwhile the p-n heterojunctions were formed between Cu O and V2O5 which enhanced the photogenerated electron-hole pairs separation rate.It is found that the photoelectrocatalytic activity by CVF much higher than that of pure V2O5/FTO?VF?.The different mole ratios of n?Cu?:n?V?have significantly affected on photoelectrocatalytic activity,and the CVF have the highest catalytic performance with MB degradation rate?96%?when mole ratio of Cu and V element is 1:1.Meanwhile,CVF maintains high photocatalytic activity in cyclic usage.Thetungstentrioxide/vanadiumpentoxidecompositephotoelectrode?WO3/V2O5/FTO,WVF?was fabricated by using the same preparation process with ammonium tungstate hydrate as tungsten source.The results show that the photoelectrocatalytic activity of WVF was much higher than that of pure VF,because the heterojunctions between WO3 and V2O5 can enhanced the photogenerated electron-hole pairs separation rate.And the WVF have the highest catalytic activity with MB degradation rate?95%?when mole ratio of V and W element is 1:2.Meanwhile,WVF maintains high photocatalytic activity in cyclic usage.
