Ultra-high speed grinding is a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of advanced manufacturing,representing the forefront of modern grinding technology.The ultra-high speed grinding technology as a high speed and high grinding rate of grinding conditions to obtain high quality components of modern processing methods,can effectively improve the surface quality and production efficiency and reduce the processing cost.Ultra-high speed grinding by its unique advantage is more and more be taken seriously,with modern manufacturing requirements for high precision machining parts and high efficiency.However,along with a lot of heat produced in the process of grinding,this heat easily to machining parts of grinding burns affect the precision and quality,at the same time reduces the service life of the grinding wheel.So,studying the influential factors of the ultra-high speed grinding temperature and the change rule,finding out the way to forecast and control of grinding temperature is of great significance.In this paper,in terms of ultra-high speed grinding temperature at home and abroad on the basis of research achievements,CBN grinding wheel grinding 45 steel,for example,by adopting the combination of theoretical derivation and imitation of value analysis method on ultra-high speed surface grinding temperature field of 45 steel temperature distribution in the detailed analysis and discussion.The research work mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)Establishing grits with flat at the top of the single abrasive grain and the total grinding force mathematical model,considering the friction force directly to the force analysis.Other grinding parameters are analyzed under the condition of constant grinding wheel speed of single diamond grits and the influence law of grinding force.(2)Deducing the two heat transfer of grinding process models:uniform heat source model and triangle heat source model,and analyze the Peclet number L value on the influence of dimensionless temperature heat source model of the two.Respectively according to the two-dimensional and a one-dimensional heat conduction mode of ultra-high speed grinding temperature field distribution of plane has carried on the theoretical derivation.(3)Introducing the correction coefficient K to establish the model,a new kind of ultra-high speed grinding heat allocation proportion respectively get dry state of workpiece and grinding wheel,abrasive dust,the mathematical model of heat distribution,and analyzes the different K values of heat distribution proportion with the change of wheel speed increase,and compared with Shaw heat model,expounds the rationality of the new model.(4)Using the finite element simulation software ANSYS in the material properties of 45 steel workpiece surface with grinding temperature change under the condition of temperature field and simulation to study on the highest temperature,the surface of 45 steel is obtained under different grinding speed changes of the highest temperature,the simulation value compared with the theoretical value,analyzing the error of the two.
