The crusher is a large crushing machine for breaking in the mine..During the working process,the dynamic cone is a cyclic movement,and the crushed object is subjected to bending,extrusion and splitting under the extrusion pressure,and the material is broken when the load is larger than the material load.Digital prototyping technology to dynamics,mechanical system,kinematics and control theory based as the core,simulation technology,virtual reality,3D computer graphics technology fusion can users according to the technical requirements,in the computer realize its function,and corresponding results analysis,so as to achieve the simulation of reality.Its characteristic is to make product design and development and the analysis of results in one set,the product designers,manufacturing and user before manufacturing can be visually of digitized virtual products for optimization,performance improvement,manufacturing process simulation and understanding of the product in the process of the advantages and disadvantages of using and provide a new design method for product design and development.The research object of this paper is PXF6089 cycle crusher.The main content of this paper is divided into the following four parts.(1)based on real machine geometric structure and motion characteristics of broken cycle of PXF6089 in CATIA environment construction of three-dimensional model,the completion of key parts of the building,the whole assembly,work process and assembly process simulation and structure and working environment rendering;(2)In order to improve the efficiency of discrete element simulation,the model is simplified and ignored crusher external bevel profile,bolts and nuts,motion system of crushing performance without influence of external structure.Through physical and mechanical parameters of the traditional broken object,the relevant physical and mechanical parameters are obtained,and the EDEM pre-processing module is input to the process simulation of the cycle crusher.;(3)According to the dynamic cone motion characteristics,physical properties of rock and crusher cavity structure construction of a gyratory crusher machine production theory model and found that moving cone speed and discharge opening size is broken machine production the key factors affected,need in-depth study.In the other parameters are fixed,respectively,to change the moving cone speed and the discharge outlet size simulation experiment of single factor,moving speed of the cone(100,120 and 140 rpm,discharging port size is 160 mm and 170 mm and 180 mm were simulated and found that when the moving cone speed or the exhaust discharge hole size increase,instantaneous productivity increase,yield increased,and the moving cone speed with incremental increase in quantity and yield is approximately proportional to;(4)The material in the process of crushing,crushing maneuver,fixed cone lining plate of material extrusion effect,squeezing pressure,at the same time moving,fixed cone lining plate by the material of the reaction,the lining plate deformation and wear,when the extrusion pressure increases,the wear is intensified,the deterioration of the broken broken machine can.Therefore,it is necessary to study the key factors affecting the crushing force.With crushing force theory calculation formula,and crushing force simulation using edem and by combining the FEM method,respectively,to change the dynamic cone speed and discharge opening size.The simulation results indicated that the impact crushing force of the main factors for the discharging mouth size,namely to plug the mouth position.
