Recently, organic light-emitting diodes?OLED?have attracted widespread attention. It has made significant progress in promoting the performance of OLED through the lots of researches.Among them,it is concern that the study of the luminescence materials for a device is an important filed in recent years.High performance material is helpful to improve the efficiency of the device and its life.In 2001,ben-zhong Tang proposed the aggregation induced luminous effect, namely,it is not emissive in the solution, but can emit strongly in the aggregation state.AIE-active materials have been considered as an effective way to obtain high efficiency electroluminescent materials, effectively promote the development of the OLED devices. This paper served TPE group as the core, synthetic and characterize a new AIE compound, and studied their photophysical properties, electrochemical properties, thermal properties and electroluminescent properties, etc.Include the following aspects:1.Based on related literatures,we obtained useful information about the OLED devices, luminescence materials,AIE effect and put forward the design the compound with AIE-active.2.This paper served TPE and carbazole group as the core. The synthesis of the AIE-active compound involves Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction,Mc Murry coupling reaction, nucleophilic addition reaction. This compound was fully characterized through 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.3.The photophysical propertie, thermal propertie, electrochemical propertie of this compound were investigated. The results showed that the compound possess good thermal stability, electrochemical stability, excellent luminescence property and remarkable AIE characteristic.4.We fabricated this compound as light emitting layer in OLED device, which showed excellent blue-green electroluminescent performance. The maximum luminance can be as high as 21054 cd/m2 and maximum current efficiency can reach 5.34 cd/A.
