Rolling element bearings,as a kind of basal components,are widely used in various rotary machineries and their working performances often affect behaviors of the machineries.The dynamics of the rolling bearing directly affect the life of the bearing and rotary precision,and thus indirectly affect the transmission system's accuracy,the reliability of indicators and the vibration noise.Therefore,in order to improve the precision of rolling bearing at work,to reduce the vibration noise of rolling bearing,to learn about the vibration characteristics of rolling bearing's fault,the simulation of rolling bearing dynamics,the study of rolling bearing in different structural parameters,geometric parameters and working parameters,dynamics of the rolling bearing vibration characteristics,the dynamics of the rolling bearing in the drive system has a very important significance.This article is based on "The research of unmanned mining equipment on the deep dangerous coal seam" national major project.In this project the rocker arm system of unmanned mining equipment cutting part,supporting parts mainly for cylindrical roller bearing.This article is based on the cylindrical roller bearing NJ222E-M1-C3 as an example,study on it mechanical properties,on the force analysis,stiffness calculation,statics,dynamics analysis.The study is based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,using a multi-body contact dynamics method to simulate and analysis the simulation characteristics of the rolling bearing when it under the specific structural parameters,geometric parameters and working parameters.The major research is the each member in the displacement,velocity,acceleration,stress,contact force and the load distribution's variation.(1)The analysis of kinematics and mechanics of the rocker arm system in unmanned mining equipment can get revolving speed and loading of the bearing.The result is used as the working conditions of theoretical analysis and simulated analysis.(2)The statics analysis for cylindrical roller bearing by using Hertz theory can get bearing's internal stress distribution,the maximum contact stress and contact deformation and stiffness under radial load.(3)Set up the three-dimensional finite element model of cylindrical rolling bearing based on the geometric relationship in ANSYS,combining with the project background working condition parameters of the load and speed.Using ANSYS realizes cylindrical rolling bearing's statics simulation.According to the results of simulations,theoretical results are available.(4)Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,Research the bearing structural parameters,the geometric parameters and working parameter's influence rule on the rolling bearing's dynamic characteristics.Find out the node's change rule in the displacement,speed acceleration,stress,contact force and the load distribution.Analysis of the influence rule of various parameters on the rolling bearing,provide a reliable theoretical basis for the rolling bearing's design and selection.In conclusion,this paper analyses the contact mechanics,dynamic,stiffness and ANSYS.The results can provide the theoretical directions can accept within the scope of error,and provide the theoretical bases for fault diagnosis and lifetime analysis of rolling bearings,and have some theoretical significance and application value in engineering.
