As a method of surface protection and surface strengthening,thermal spraying has the characteristics of wide adaptability,flexible construction and so on.Plasma spraying technology with plasma arc as the heat source has been widely used in the field of traditional heat resistance,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and oxidation coating.The plasma thermal spraying is used on many ceramic materials to form a wear resistant and corrosion resistant coating.Plasma spraying is also used for medical purposes,and coating a coating of several tens of microns on the surface of the artificial bone can strengthen the artificial bone and enhance its affinity.However,for studies using enamel as the main raw material for the spraying is very rare.In this study,enamel coating is obtained by plasma spraying technique,ordinary carbon steel plate Q235 as a coating substrate in the selection of the glaze on the basis of the common addition of stearic acid,silicone oil and varying amounts of N iO or TiO 2,a ball mill for raw materials after milling and spray achieve the desired particle size.The plasma spraying powder for particle size,liquidity,SEM,the morphology and structure of the coating was observed by SEM and analysis the structure coating formation process and discuss the effect of powder size and add the ingredients of the coating.The thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied,and the corrosion mechanism of the metal substrate and the coating was also discussed.Research shows that after silicone oil coating prepared by ball milling of enamel powder particles tends to be more smooth and particle size distribution is relatively concentrated and liquidity are improved to a certain extent.Enamel powder particles add TiO 2 tends to be more smooth.The powder particle size is 50 m coating prepared compared to the particle diameter of 20 m coatings prepared with high density,less space,composed of particles coating uniform size.Thermal conductivity of matrix steel plate is 13.6W/m·K,coefficient of thermal conductivity of plasma sprayed coating of the steel plate are less than 0.5W/m·K.The application of spray coating on steel surface plasma spraying technology can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of steel plate.Coating alkali corrosion resistance ability are generally well behaved,the acid corrosion resistance performance than alkali corrosion resistance ability,but generally better than that of the base plate.Added N iO coating corrosion resistance ability is slightly better than that of added TiO 2 coating.Coating corrosion resistance of the substrate steel plate prior to HC l immersion treatment is better than that of the untreated coating.Electrochemical corrosion resistant of the coating are superior to the substrate.Added N iO coating resistance to electrochemical corrosion resistance is better than the added TiO2 coating.Coating resistance to electrochemical corrosion resistance of the substrate steel plate prior to untreated is better than that of the treated coating.
