As consumers increasingly attention on health and nutrition of soybean,bean products remain stable and increase slightly in the people food consumption.Bean products processing produces organic wastewater also increased year by year,the kind of wastewater has become a big problem.Less toxic and harmful substances,there is not much harm to human body for bean products wastewater itself,but the protein,carbohydrate,vitamins,minerals is good for all kinds of microbial growth and reproduction.When they were pulled into the ponds,lakes and other water closed,they can cause eutrophication,in addition influence on the surrounding living environment and health for people.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the wastewater,combined with domestic related information,the paper provided a complete engineering designIn this paper,the design scale was 500m3/d,according to the project's water features and emission standards,to meet the requirements of its investment and running costs,the biological treatment technology of"UASB+A/O" was finally choosed as the major project.The effluent can reach the a stanfard "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996).According to the relevant technology,design specification and design annual.An outline of sewage and sludge treatment process equipment was given.Process,structure,architecture,electric,automatic control and general layout for treatment structures and accessory building was design.This design has a lot of advantages such as:advanced technology,better treatment effect,automatic operation,convenience to operation and management,lower investment and operation cost.
