This topic is based on the 30000 tons/year on the operation situation of methyl ethyl ketone device,through the study of the carbon balance calculation of device found that because of butylene yield is low,butene consumption is too high,the hydration reactor bed high differential pressure,dehydrogenation catalyst selectivity and low hydration hydrocarbon feed pump current high traffic problems,cause plant capacity,product yield is low.Workshop,through the initiation of a batch of technical renovation measures using the overhaul of the favorable opportunity,make the device in not doing greatly under the condition of technological equipment update,device output increased substantially.This project to a certain extent,improve the technological design,make up for congenital deficiency of device design,realization of capacity of the unit design,super design,the purpose of the scheme is feasible,and has reached the expected goal.
