The UV-coating has the characteristics of enabling,efficient,energy saving,environmental friendly and is widely used in the production and living.The rare earth compounds have the characteristics of good luminescent,electric and magnetic properties.If connecting both advantages to synthesize rare earth polymer materials,it could get some need special performance of the materials.In this paper,two different rare earth organic complexs have been prepared successfully by Eu3+ and organic carboxylic acid ligands with carbon-carbon double bond as raw materials,and their structures were characterized,and their performance were studied.Afterwards,a series of UV-curable rare earth polymer composite coating were synthesized by using rare earth organic complexs,and their properties were discussed.The main research content is as follows:(1)The photopolymerization efficiency effect of different amount of Eu2O3,Tb4O7 or photoinitiator Irgacure 1173 on B-151,B-270 or B-369 resins were studied.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of rare earth Eu2O3 or Tb4O7 could improve the photopolymerization efficiency of these resins coating under the right amount of photoinitiator Irgacure 1173 conditions.(2)With Bisphenol A glycerolate dimethacrylate and MA as raw materials,EB was synthesized by using orthogonal experiments,and the influence of different conditions on the synthesis efficiency were studied,the optimized conditions of synthesized EB are that the substance ratio of Bisphenol A glycerolate dimethacrylate and MA is 1:2;the N,N-dimethylethanolamine as catalyst with its content of 1.0%;reaction temperature and time are 85 ? and 1.5 h respectly.The rare earth organic complex Eu-EB was prepared by using Eu3+ and EB,characterized by FT-IR,XRD,fluorescence spectra and other ways.(3)The rare earth complex Eu-MAA was synthesized by using Eu2O3 and methyl acrylic acid(MAA)as raw materials,characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,TG,element analysis,XRD and other ways.The study find that its main structure probably is Eu(MAA)3(H2O)3.The optimized conditions of synthesized Eu-MAA is that the PH of reaction system is asjusted to 6.5 using NaOH as neutrakization reagent;reaction temperature and time are 65 ? and 3.0 h respectly.Besides,the research found that there was better photopolymerization efficiency when using photoinitiator tigger different TMPTA doping system polymerization by TPO photoinitiator.(4)The influence of different reaction conditions on the coating performance was explored.the optimized formula of coating is that B-153 and B-605 resins mass ratio is 57:10,the dosage of photoinitiator Irgacure 1173 is 5.0%,the dosage of HEA is 20% and the ethyl acetate is 8.0%.(5)The rare earth polymer composite coating was prepared by using polymer matrix and rare earth complexs(Eu-EB,Eu-MAA)as raw materials,their performance were characterized and analyzed by SEM,XRD,TG and fluorescence spectra.The results show that the rare earth polymer coating curing time are about 7~9 s and the pencil hardness reaches 6H.Therefore,because of its excellent comprehensive performance,the rare earth polymer coating have a good prospect of the application.
