In this paper,triphenylamine and triazolyl triphenylamine,were chosen as fluorophore,and 2-aminophenol acts as an additional chelating moiety.Two copper ions and one Ferric ion fluorescent probe were designed and synthesized,and their optical properties were investigated.The main contents are as follows:1.A novel "turn-on" Cu2+ fluorescent probe?E?-2-??4-?diphenylamino?benzylidene?amino?phenol M1 was designed and synthesized based on the C=N isomerization mechanism.The optical properties and ionic recognition properties of the probe were investigated by UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.It was found that the fluorescence intensity of the probe M1 was very weak,and the fluorescence intensity of the probe was significantly enhanced when Cu2+ was added.The detection limits in CH3 CN and the aqueous solution were 1.8 × 10-7 M and 8.5 × 10-7 M,respectively.The probe M1 achieves rapid,high selectivity,high sensitivity identification of Cu2+ in pure solvent and mixed solvent systems.2.A novel fluorescence enhanced Fe3+ probe(?E?-2-???2-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl?methylene?amino?phenol?M2?was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 2-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehyde with 2-aminophenol.It was found that the solution after added Fe3+ demonstrated a clear color change from colorless to yellow,and the fluorescence change from no fluorescence to blue fluorescence.The probe also showed excellent anti-interference properties.The detection limit in DMSO was 4.7 × 10-7 M.The mechanism of the interaction between probe M2 and Fe3+ has further been investigated through TOF-MS.3.The fluorescence probe M3 was successfully synthesized by the simple condensation reaction of Schiff base.Its optical properties and ion recognition properties were systematically studied.The experimental results show that when Cu2+ is added to the acetonitrile solution of M3,the solution changes form weak fluorescence to strong yellow fluorescence?detection limit is 6.395 × 10-7 M?.In addition,the mechanism of copper ion detection by TOF-MS was studied.4.Two kinds of benzothiazole compounds M4 and M5 were synthesized under the condition of ethanol as solvent reflux.The optical properties of these two substances were studied.It was found that the fluorescence spectra of compound M5 exhibited a red shift effect with different polarities in the solvent,and it had excellent fluorescence quantum efficiency.At the same time,it was found that PA could make the probe had obvious fluorescence quenching?detection limit of 1.6 × 10-7 M?.
