The rapid increase in installed capacity of wind power in recent years has caused the high abanding rate of wind power.Hydrogen,as a clean and high energy density energy carrier,can transform primary energy such as wind energy into other types of terminal energy forms such as electrical energy,heat energy,chemical energy.The wind power-hydrogen energy storage and coal chemical multi-functional coupling system(WP-HES&CCMFCS)has become a hot spot in the field of new energy research.Being one of the key technologies of WP-HES & CCMFCS energy management monitoring system plays a key role in the reliable,efficient operation of the system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the key issues and application feasibility of WP-HES& CCMFCS,proposed the basic distribution structure of WP-HES & CCMFCS physical equipment,introduced the modules of the system architecture,the mathematical models and mechanism of action between different modules are analyzed,put forward the principle of partitioning the SOC(state of charge)of energy storage system,designed the power coordination management strategy with the best system reliability and economy as the overall goal for each SOC area.Energy management and monitoring system will real-time monitor the operating state of the system,the merits of its design directly affect the overall system stability and reliability.Designed the monitoring system and information collection-outpout system of WP-HES&CCMFCS based on MCGS and STM32F103ZET6,introduced the details of the hardware circuit,software development process and monitoring interface configuration in the process of realizing communication,data acquisition,management control and other functions of monitoring system.Finally set up an energy management monitoring system test platform,observed the operational condition of the system in each working state,the analyzing result of collected data shows that the system is stable,the communication between collecting and processingdevices is normal and data collection is accurate.The analysis results of the operating parameters of the monitoring system verify the reliability and feasibility of the energy management and monitoring system and the power coordination management strategy.
