In this paper,the thermoplastic elastomer polyurethane(TPU),polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)and hydrogenated styrene(SEBS)as a toughening agent were used to modify the rigid polylactic acid(PLA).The PLA-based composite materials were prepared by selecting suitable viscoelastic materials and PLA-based microporous foaming materials were prepared in self-made reactor by supercritical fluid foaming.The tensile properties(tensile properties)of TPU,PBAT and SEBS toughening agents were studied by Rally,Impact Tester,Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Impact properties,thermal properties)and the properties of the foamed material(expansion ratio,cell morphology,c rystal morphology).The results show that the tensile properties of PLA-based composite,PBAT toughening best and the toughness is better than pure PLA,SEBS with no similar structure of PLA increased the impact performance and toughness of the composites The cell size of the foamed material after the addition of the toughening agent is smaller than that of the pure PLA,and the PBAT promotes the cell size gets evenly,add SEBS the pore size uniformity gets worse and cell morphology is not structured,foaming temperature and pressure effect the performance of foaming material.
