Polymeric materials are widely used in damping materials,and their damping properties are usually measured with high loss peaks and wide glass transition temperature ranges,but the glass temperature range of a single polymeric damping material is generally narrow,So that it can not meet the practical application of the project.Therefore,researching and developing the material with wide temperature range,high damping and comprehensive performance has become an important research direction,and the rubber shock absorber researched is less.Chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)and nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)become an ideal damping material,because of its unique molecular structure.This paper used the blends of chlorinated butyl rubber and nitrile butadiene rubber as the base material of the research object.By changing the ratio of the CIIR/NBR blends,different parts of resin,different parts of lignocellulose and different parts of graphene in the rubber blends,by studing the damping properties and the related physical and mechanical properties of blends,The best combination of damping rubber materials was determined and the rubber shock absorber was producted.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By consulting literature materials,The research status of damping materials,damping materials at wide temperature ranges and damping products is studied and summarized,at the same time,the damping mechanism of the materials,structures and the chlorinated butyl rubber and the nitrile butadiene rubber were studied in detail.(2)By the orthogonal test,prepared the CIIR/NBR blends,tested the dynamic mechanical properties and physical and mechanical properties of the blends.By the experimental data,analyzed the influence of the damping properties and mechanical properties on the rubber blends with the blending ratio of CIIR/NBR and the contents of the resin,the lignocellulose and the graphene.(3)By the range analysis method,clarified the the primary and secondary order of the influence of the test factors on each performance index.The test factors includes the blending ratio of CIIR/NBR,the contents of the resin,the lignocellulose and the graphene.The optimum formulation of damping material with good damping performance and physical and mechanical properties was as follows: CIIR/NBR had a blend ratio of 30/70,the resin was 4(phr),the lignocellulose was 10(phr),The graphene was 12(phr).(4)By the best formulation of the damping material producted the rubber absorber,and the high and low temperature performance tests were carried out respectively,tested it and compared with the rubber absorbers of the prior technology.The results show that the Loss factor(tan?)of the rubber absorber prepared in this test is higher than the rubber absorber prepared by the manufacturer,and the tan? fluctuates little at a wide temperature range.Therefore,the rubber absorber prepared in this test is more suitable for the practical application of the project with a wide temperature range.
