Poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid as a thermoplastic polyester product,With the full biodegradable and other excellent performance is widely used in 3D printing,medical and other production and life,it has brought great convenience for the community,the market demand for poly-6-hydroxy caproic acid product is increasing,with the sharp increase in poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid waste.(?)–caprolactone is polymerization monomer of poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid,polycaprolactone and other elastomer,in the process of its production such as temperature is higher,there is a small amount of acid and water,the factors makes (?)–caprolactone ring opening polymerization and generate poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid,these poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid mainly in the form of oligomers remain in the bottoms.If these poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid can not be reasonable recovery and utilization,not only causes a huge waste of resources,but also produces serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the realization of poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid production,processing,recycling,use and other resources and waste recycling accords inherent requirements of the national circular economy development model,and it has become an important issue of caprolactone industry.This subject mainly studied the methanol depolymerization process conditons of poly 6-hydroxy caproic acid and analyzed influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,alcohol ester ratio,catalyst content and various parameters on alcoholysis process,the depolymerizated products were analyzed for qualitative analysis by gas chromatographymass spectrometry,and they were analyzed for quantitative analysis by gas chromatograph,infrared spectroscopy(IR)and other methods to characterize the alcohololysis products.Based on the results,it was deduced that the alcohololysis products are 6-hydroxy acid methyl caproate and caprolactone.And determining alcoholysis process condition that alcoholysis rate can reach 97.11%: temperature is 313 k,catalyst content is 0.18%,the reaction time is 2h.In order to enlarge or industrial production for optimized alcoholysis process,on the basis of laboratory research,the design of the pilot-scale amplification process was carried out.The process design parameters were determined and the hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)method was used to analyze the causes,consequences and control measures of the risk factors of the process,and determine and improve the process unit of the process control measures and form perfect process piping and instrument flow chart.
