Ventilatoris a key equipment for mine production,Its anditsperformance and working status directly related to thepersonal safety of the staff,theeconomy of equipment operation and the safety of mine production.It is of great practical significance to use the virtual instrument technology to detect the main performance parameters of the ventilator and compensate the error of the test procedure,through which the accuracy and effectiveness test process of the ventilator can be ensured.According to the standard of ventilator test in mine production,the virtual instrument based on the USB bus is used to detect the mine ventilator.In this paper,the main parameters of the virtual test of the mine ventilator are analyzed,and the measurement methods and measuring points including the main parameters such as air volume,wind pressure,temperature,humidity and power are determined.On account of the environmental requirements of the coal mine production site and the characteristics of the virtual instrument with different structures,the hardware scheme based on the USB bus is determined,the selection of the corresponding sensor and data acquisition card is completed,and the conditioning circuit needed by the instrument is designed.Using LabVIEW as the development platform,the virtual instrument software of the fan performance testis developed with the modular design method,and the main performance parameters of the ventilator are tested.This paper analyzes the hardware and software errors of the virtual instrument detected by the mine ventilator.Combined with the working principle and characteristic parameters of the selected sensor,the causes and types of sensor errors such as pressure,temperature,humidity and power are analyzed.The main circuit of the sensor is based on the type of the sensor output signal,and the type of the input signal of the acquisition card,to achieve the necessary signal ?/? conversion,photoelectric isolation and filtering.In the light of the principle of the designed conditioning circuit,causes of the errors generated during the transformation and filtering are analyzed.And in accordancewith the basic composition and performance index of NI-USB6221 data acquisition card,the reason of the error of acquisition card is also analyzed.In this paper,the static pressure,total pressure,temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure and power channel of the virtual instrument are tested through experimental method.And the measurement data of each channel is obtained.A comparison between the measured data and the standard given volume is made by the writer,and the errors are calculated.The relationship between the measured data and the standard given quantity is obtained by using different fitting algorithm.By comparing the correlated coefficient and standard deviation of the different fitting algorithm,the function with the highest correlated coefficient,the best fitting effect and the minimum standard deviation is determined as the proper function to achieve error compensation.And using this function,the test data of the channel can be amended.
