The proportion of eutrophication in the major reservoirs is rising, and phosphorus is the limiting factor of eutrophication. Therefore, the study on the transformation of phosphorus form is of great significance to the eutrophication of water. In order to understand the rule of phosphorus transport in sediments, this paper takes the sediments of Heihe Jinpeng reservoir as the research object, through laboratory static simulation, respectively using SMT and 31P-NMR method,The water quality, the physical and chemical properties of sediments and the distribution of phosphorus in sediments were studied under different hydrostatic conditions. So as to provide theoretical basis for controlling the eutrophication of reservoirs. The main conclusions are as follows:?1?The contents of TP and 43-were positively correlated with the pressure change under different hydrostatic conditions. The contents of DO was negatively correlated with pressure. After the sterilization, the changes of TP and 43-were consistent with the pressure before sterilization, but the contents were less than un-sterilization.The contents of DO decreases with increasing pressure, but the overall content is higher than before sterilization.?2?The change of TP content was negatively correlated with pressure, and the content of atmospheric pressure was the highest. The content of TP after sterilization was higher than that before sterilization. There was no significant correlation of moisture content with pressure before and after sterilization.?3?IP is the main form of TP present in the sediments, accounting for 70.65%,IP trends and TP to maintain synchronization, with the increase in pressure decreases.OP accounted for 31.61%,its content and pressure was inversely proportional.Ca-P is the main form of IP,accounting for 75.87%,its content and IP consistent. The phosphorus content in each form after sterilization was higher than that without sterilization, but the trend was kept in sync with the non-sterilization.?4?The phosphate in the sediments was mainly detected by 31P-NMR in three forms: orthophosphate?5.59ppm?,phosphoric acid monoester?3.78ppm?and phospholipid?3.15ppm?.With the change of pressure three kinds of substances are relatively stable, but the type of monoester has changed,a total of 4.41 ppm,4.15 ppm,3.72 ppm three kinds of phosphoric acid monoester. The change of orthophosphate content was negatively correlated with the pressure, and the phosphate monoester and phospholipid were opposite. After sterilization, the phosphate monoester was increased at 4.28 ppm,and the change of phosphorus was the same as that of non-sterilization.
