There are abundant coal resources in China can be used to produce caustic-burned magnesia powder.Caustic-burned magnesia powder has high activity and good effect,up to now it already has lots of application studies on environmental field,mainly including neutralization treatment of acid waste water,removal heavy metals and desulfurization flue gas and so on,but there is no related researcher use it combined with other agents to processing high concentration chloridion and sulphuric in wasterwater.So this kind of developmental experimental study is significance.This project use caustic-burned magnesia powder as main treatment reagent,tried to use it instead of calcium oxide to joint partial sodium aluminate,and use lab simulation wastewater and Zichang coal mine wastewater as treatment object.Explore the adsorption law through static experiment and orthogonal experiment,examines difference factors influence on removal rate of waste water.Through the low temperature test,secondary test and low dose treatment to examines actual processing result.Comparison experimental result with high aluminum lime method,briefly analyzed the experiment's economic and technical feasibility.The resuit show that the application of caustic-burned magnesia powder instead of calcium oxide is feasible.Through the conditional test and orthogonal test found that,aimed at actual mine wastewater the optimum experiment conditions is caustic-burned magnesia powder 10g/L,partial sodium aluminate 3.3g/L under 55 temperature stirring 10 min,pH value of 9,under this condition the removal rate of chloridion was 78.6%,removal rate of sulphuric was 92.8%.Apply this method to treat actual wastewater has good result,but when in actual applications we should consider the economy of temperature condition,drug dosage and other,try to design low temperature test,secondary treatment and low dose experiment.In the practical application and can remove the demand according to different processing conditions.The effect and economy are pretty good by use caustic-burned magnesia powder to instead of calcium oxide,and caustic-burned magnesia powder was cheap and widely to get,so the application of caustic-burned magnesia powder has good environmental and economic benefits.
