The problem of supporting the soft rock roadway is one of the urgent problems in the process of coal safety and efficient mining.However,due to the soft deformation of the soft rock mass and the creep characteristics of the rock mass,the surrounding rock in the soft rock is susceptible to stress and water,leading to different forms of deformation due to the layout of the roadway.The research of soft rock roadways deformation damage rule for the safety of roadway supporting and normal mining working face is very important.Paper taking No.1 Dananhu coal mine as an engineering background,tTaking the comprehensive analysis method of field detection and geological characteristics investigation and analysis,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring,the deformation mechanism and supporting technology of the return tunnel of No.1 Dananhu coal mine are studied,based on the geological survey of the 1303 and 1304 working face,the monitoring of the borehole peephole and the physical mechanics test of the surrounding rock of the roadway,It is concluded that the lithology of the surrounding rock is soft rock,the rock is easy to soften,mud and easily weathered,and the deformation mechanism of roadway is analyzed.By theory of elastoplastic deformation of roadway surrounding rock and mechanical model is set up,the influence of the bearing pressure on the face is 53.95 m,and the plastic deformation range is2.5m.According to the environment of the return tunnel,the deformation and failure mechanism and the area of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock,the corresponding optimization scheme of roadway support is put forward.With the aid of FLAC3 D numerical calculation software,the roadway optimization support program is compared and analyzed,,Obtained 1303 return airway with enhanced support,reducing the deformation of the roadway and the impact of groundwater,1304 return airway with basic support,to achieve a stable roadway support;After the optimization of the support scheme,the deformation of the surrounding rock is improved effectively,and the stability of the surrounding rock is ensured,and the support effect is achieved.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the safe mining of No.1 Dananhu coal mine.The research results have some reference significance for the support of similar soft rock roadway.
