With the rapid development of science and technology,the new technology of strip forming has been developed by leaps and bounds.As a new technology of low cost,low energy consumption and short process,thin strip casting and rolling technology has been paid more and more attention by scholars in the world.However,the current theoretical research is still far from the application of technology.Strip casting involves the disciplines of heat transfer,viscous fluid mechanics,tribology and rolling shaping degeneration theory,the process is a complex problem of high coupling,small changes in process parameters may lead to serious defects of cast strip products.It is difficult to guarantee the quality of casting strip that has restricted the industrialization progress of strip casting rolling.In order to promote the twin roll strip casting technology to achieve industrialization as soon as possible,all kinds of information were collected to determine the program,SolidWorks three-dimensional was used to design a ?500×350 micro amplitude twin roll strip casting machine,The machine is 3.7m high,30 T weighs,adopt tundish metallurgy technology,float roll gap control technology,vibration fine crystal technology,etc.,can product stainless steel,carbon steel,silicon steel,composite board,non-ferrous metal and so on.Aimed at the heat transfer law of the molten pool interface in twin-roll strip casting process,the contact region between the molten pool has been distinguished into two parts:soft contact region and the rigid contact zone with the border of Kiss point based on the characteristics of casting process,the new interface heat transfer model has been established;The change of heat transfer coefficient and heat flux of the cast rolling interface with time has been derived by the 6061 Al alloy interface heat exchange experiments and the reverse solution module inverse of ProCAST software,the accuracy of the model has been verified by casting rolling experiment.It provides a theoretical basis for the process parameters of casting rolling mill.Based on the physical simulation experiment,a feasible experimental scheme is established,and the preheating way of tundish,water inlet and side seal plate is mainlysolved.Casting thin strip steel plate successfully by the designed casting rolling mill.The microstructure and properties of cast rolling strip were analyzed.It was found that the strength and stiffness of the strip were improved to some extent.
