Based on Remanufacturing Engineering,take laser cladding In718 nickel base superalloy as the research object.The laser cladding experiment on the forged In718 alloy substrate was carried out with certain parameters,nickel based coatings with good molding,defect free,low dilution rate and good metallurgical bonding with the substrate are obtained.The nickel coating was treated by three stage heat treatment,960 STA and direct double aging DA,by comparing with the original state,the microstructure of the four kinds of coatings was analyzed,and the hardness and elastic modulus of the coating were obtained.On this basis,this paper takes the nanoindentation experiment of 316 L stainless steel as an example to establish the finite element model,determine the type of unit required for the model,apply the corresponding displacement load to the model,set the boundary conditions.Different material properties are selected and modified repeatedly,and then the load displacement curve with the minimum error is obtained.The mechanical properties of316 L stainless steel are determined,and the validity of the method is verified.This method is used to study the micro mechanical properties of In718 cladding layer under different conditions,and the distribution of mechanical properties is analyzed.The compression deformation experiments of different heat treatment methods and primitive state sample are carried out.In order to observe the behavior of cold deformation in different microstructure,before the experiment,the end face is corroded,using laser marking machine to divide the mesh Metallographic recording mesh.After compression,the change of the macroscopic of the end face and surface are observed.The change of the grid was recorded by the metallographic microscope,based on the method of calculating the deformation of the square mesh and triangular node,the deformation behavior of In718 nickel base superalloy was analyzed.
